Goods are despatched from our warehouse in the West Midlands.
It is not possible to collect in person except for larger orders and then only by prior arrangement.
Returns Information
You have the right to return faulty items within 14 days, as long as the arrangement is made prior to returning the item(s) with ourselves. If you are unsatisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods. We will offer you an exchange or a full refund, (less any original shipping costs), provided that the products are returned unopened, unused, in saleable condition and with the original packaging.
On the first instance, please contact us by telephone, email, or the contact form on our website, to discuss your returns.
On replacement items, due to fault, you must pay the cost of postage back to the warehouse, and AnnaBandana will bear the cost of returning the product to you.
