Shipping & Returns
We are a UK based small company and aim to ship all orders the next working day where possible, As standard we use Royal Mails first class service for small UK deliveries and a courier for larger orders.For all overseas orders we use Royal Mail Airmail as standard.
Due to Covid-19 please allow extra time for deliveries to arrive, we are advised that Royal Mail are doing their best but service may be reduced in some areas.
We are happy to accept returns providing the items are unworn except for trying on and with original packaging. Please return any items to the address shown on the packing slip or on the contact us page within 30 days and include the packing slip where possible having marked off returned items, if you do not have the packing slip please include a note with your name and address. We will then issue a refund for returned items but please note that we cannot pay for returned postage costs or monies paid to us for outgoing postage of goods. If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and providing the order had not already been dipatched from our premises we will cancel the order and refund any monies paid to us.
If any items arrive to you in a faulty condition or have been damaged in transit, please notify us with 2 working days upon which we will arrange for refund or replacement providing the faulty goods are returned to us, all faulty goods must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase as per you statutory rights, any goods that have obviously been worn, are stained or have not been cared for as per the stated instructions will not be refunded for or replaced.
Missing / Delayed parcels
If in the event of your parcel delivery being delayed/missing we ask that you wait at least 5 working days for your delivery to arrive, please check the delivery address you have provided us with to ensure that it is correct and if your delivery has still not arrived after this time please let us know and we will look into it for you as we have tracking for most of our parcels. Should the occasion arise whereby a parcel has not arrived after 10 working days and we cannot establish the whereabouts of the delivery we will consider the parcel permanently lost and will only then offer to refund the purchase price or re-send the goods.
